Works way better than expected!
I've owned high pressure misting systems before and was skeptical about this low pressure mister. But I rolled the dice given the low cost and the fact that I did not want to hear a pump running on my back porch. I'm glad I did. I live in Texas and it has been hitting 105 on a fairly consistent basis. Since I was installing it outside on a patio, I wasn’t concerned about the water that you get from low pressure systems. I simply wanted to drop the temperature a few degrees. I also have my own water well, so I was also not concerned about the amount of water I used. I bought this system and was able to custom cut the length between each nozzle and strategically place them on my outdoor patio light wire strand. It took no time at all to install! I ended up with 25 nozzle heads and each one took about 30 seconds to cut (the tubing) slide on the nozzle and zip tie to the wire strand. Of the 25 nozzles, 24 worked great and one appeared defective (sprayed water from the side of the nozzle). I realized I had more nozzles than I needed (nozzles above tree limbs collect water on the leaves and then drips) and was able to simply remove those nozzles and replace with the extra tubing. After installation, I installed a simple and cheap filter (since its well water) and turned it on. I was amazed at how well it worked. A perfect mist over the entire back patio with no pump sound. I then installed a wifi enabled timer/valve so that I could then control it with my phone. It worked perfectly as well. The valve says that I am pushing .22 gallons per minute thru the system. After it was all done and the 105 temperature on the porch had dropped to 88 degrees (and the humidity was up to 52) , I decided to use the extra nozzles that I had taken out to water the flowers in a bed next to the porch. I was able to quickly and simply run a line off the main line and encircle a tree with four misters just above the bed. That too worked perfectly. It does get fairly wet on the porch after running it for five hours but the porch is very comfortable even in 105 heat. Today is the first day I've run it and the relative humidity is relatively low (28%) and these systems work best in low humidity (some kinda science thing where the increasing of humidity from 28% to 52% cools the air). I'm guessing that on a hot and humid day, I won't see the same 17 degree temperature drop. I will update this review if the "comfort" is not appreciably better on a hot and humid day or if the misters start to block. But even if they do start to clog, replacing them takes literally 10 seconds. I don't ever write reviews on anything. But this purchase and my initial thoughts on the "value" compelled me to do so. I will certainly be purchasing more of these for other areas around the ranch.

Easy to install, no leaks, custom.
I read lots of reviews and watched lots of videos first. When I installed it, I was armed with some very helpful advice. I've been lucky with no dripping or leaks in my first few months. Pushing the tubing fully in to the connectors worked perfectly. I had a mister 30 years ago and I know they build up with minerals and have problems. I added a filter before installation. Maybe that will extend it a bit. I give the misters a spritz of vinegar now and then. Can't hurt. I decided to remove one mister, but there were no connectors without a mister head. I searched their store, but nothing. I found some at a hardware store that work great. So the size seems compatible with most other mister or irrigation supplies. I do wish they had included one in the kit or have some available to buy. Now that I have them, I am planning to extend it for next year. I am out of shape, I move slow. I found the installation easy and it would have been so much faster if I could get up and down the ladder easier. Yet my whole patio start to finish took 1 1/2 hours. That included cutting and adding the misters as I went. I think most in shape people could do my 12x12 foot gazebo in half the time. I left some slack in a couple areas in case I needed an extra inch or two later. I bought a splitter and I love that. When I come outside for any reason in this desert heat, I turn on the mister first. Even if I'm out there for only 4 minutes, it's so much more bearable with the cooling mist. I'm going to purchase another and do my front patio as well as extending the bit on my back patio. I almost gave it 4 stars because it didnt include the basic tubing extender connector and I didn't find one here. Should have been easy to find a part that simple from the company here on Amazon. But it's a 5 star product, to me. As for price, I think everything is expensive, including this. I love that it comes as a kit for my first time doing it. It has everything you need. I have the money right now, so I'm happy.

Great little mister system, with a couple notes for buyers
This is my second purchase of this system, and the price has gone up quite a bit since my first purchase. Overall it works great to water our plants and setup is about as easy as could be (I have it set up on a water timer + water hammer arrester). Some important notes: 1) An important final step before "show time" is to turn on the water and check for leaks at the junctions. You have to push the tubes all the way in to stop any leaks you see. The final version will be leak-free unless the tube end is damaged (trim the end to fix) or the mister junction is defective (swap out with another, but I haven't had this issue personally). 2) The black version is more versatile since you can make tee-junctions (3 tubes connecting to the junction). I was surprised that the white version is not capable of this, but had I studied the listing pictures more closely before buying I would have seen that. My bad. I ended up making it work by using spare pieces from the black set wherever I wanted a tee. Will paint them white to blend in better when I get around to it. 3) The black version and white version have slightly different tube outer diameters, where the white is slightly larger. It is possible to mix and match but it is harder to fit the white tube into the black nozzles/junctions. 4) If you live in a temperate zone make sure to bleed the system of water in the fall prior to the first freeze to make sure water doesn't freeze in the lines and cause cracks and leaks.
