Good cake pan
I like this cake pan. I got the 8in. It's small and light. Perfect for recipes for a few people, with 1-3 eggs maximum. Cooks evenly. My old cake pan used to overcooked the outside of the cake... this one instead bakes the batter cooked evenly with a light color.

Baked well, even better removed cake at ease just remember to grease pan and then flour slightly. Great for blueberry bread!
