Been getting these a couple years now on subscription, I am on my feet working 8-12 hour days on all different terrains and have shattered both of my heels these so far are the most comfortable on my feet and give me good arch support and heel cushion they fit great in all my shoes and they are of good quality seeing as I’m in my feet all the time I do replace them about every 2-3 months

These work so good to take away my foot pain! I was pleasantly surprised because at this price point, which I thought was cheap, I honestly believed the quality may be lacking. I was wrong!

They are good arch supports for my feet. However, they did not stop the pain in my foot where I have plantar fasciitis. I They made walking more bearable for me, and I do use them. If you want them to take away a foot condition or treatment for it these may not work. Judy C.

So I had suffered from this for over 3 years. just came on suddenly. Extremely painful. If you have it you know. I spent hundreds on doctors visits getting shots etc and nothing and I mean nothing helped. I did some research and ended up buying some shoes known to help the issue but it still persisted. Then I decided to take a chance and get some insoles. These were the cheapest option for plantar fasciitis, It took about 2 months or so but it worked! For the first time in over 3 years the pain was gone. I cant say enough about it and its cheaper than a doctors visit

These are a bit thicker than my normal shoe insoles and they put a lot of pressure on the roof of my feet pressing against my shoes. I loosed the laces quite a bit which helped a bit but as far as the pain relief from plantar fasciitis, they did solve that! After about 2 weeks with these things I don't have that stinging feeling anymore.

I have plantar fasciitis, at lease that's what I've been told, the insole is comfortable and reduces the impact when walking but I'm not sure if it'll be enough since I'd like the arch to be tiny more higher, but the quality is there of course.
