Homeline Generator Interlock Kit for 150A-225A Load Centers

Works great. There are no instructions with this item, but it’s easy to figure out the three pieces and what they do, and how to install it.

Perfect fit

I installed this equipment many times using the name brand. Have used these several times. Have had a fit issue 1 time but was able to adjust. They are not perfect but work price difference $50.00 to $70.00 for the name brand. There are no install directions so if you are not familiar with this type of equipment install, then you will need to be a YouTube mechanic or buy the name brand.

This interlock kit fit PERFECTLY on my Homeline Square D 200 amp 30 space breaker box. It had all the necessary parts but no instructions. However, there is a GREAT YouTube video that shows exactly how to install a Homeline Interlock kit. I followed the YouTube video and had the interlock kit installed in no time. If this would have came with written instructions it would have been better, but for the price compared to the actual Homeline kit, it was worth looking on YouTube for how to install it. I can't believe HD wants $75.00 for this EXACT same kit! The drill hole template was RIGHT ON the money.

Ultimately this interlock kit installed and worked correctly. The reason I am giving it a mid review is that the product is an obvious cheap knockoff that tries to copy the original. See my picture, the word “slide” is misspelled and in my case the label was installed upside down. Compare my picture with the product picture. There were no instructions provided for installation, luckily there are a couple of YouTube videos that provide step by step guidance on the install.

Clear directions, good quality, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because it didn’t come with a drill bit to perform the install whereas some of the other kits do.
