Will this bag fit a 6'4" muscular man ?

Absolutely. I'm 6' and 200 lbs and it looks like a man's bag on me. I even have it in the blue. There is a lot of strap that I don't use so if your chest is really large, it should be fine. If you want the most masculine look, go with the black one. It holds what I usually stuff in my pockets and with RFID protection, too. I also have an Osprey daylite sling and a Keep Pursuing sling and this one from Pacsafe is at least as large as those, by the way. If you are looking for a bigger sling, check out the Maxpedition Valence and the Eagle Creek tablet slings. Hope that helps.

Does it have anti cut and pick protection?

Yes, it has anti cut and pick protection. There is a pocket on the back that just has a regular zipper, but it would always be against you so not particularly vulnerable. I have not used it yet, but it seems secure.

Is it ok to use by a female who is 5” height? Or is it designed for male only?

Yup its ok. My friend whom i bought this bag actuay is around that tall. :-)
