Excellent quality, very pure and effective I’ve tried several black seed oils before, but this one really stands out. The quality is obvious from the first use — thick, dark, and clearly cold pressed. The taste is strong (as it should be), which tells me it hasn’t been over-processed or diluted. I appreciate that it’s organic and cold pressed, and the bottle size is generous. I use it daily and feel it supports my overall wellbeing. I'm sure this would be popular in middle earth for it's earthy taste and health benefits. I actually like the taste, no issues taking it straight. It's a very natural taste but if you have a lot of sugar in your diet, especially tea and coffee, you're likely going to have issues with the taste the first few times. Black coffee drinkers will have no problems with taste and like anything else once you have downed it a few times it could become quite enjoyable. My reason for buying this is to find a semi replacement for Omega Fish oil. Its more about reducing the amount of Omega fish oils capsules I take and the truth is I don't really trust the OMFO capsules sold by most sellers. The latest one I purchased leaves a foul taste in the mouth all day - rotten fish springs to mind. But I know of a brand that has no taste, and its quality product but is low on the MG amount hence the BSO. I cannot say if I notice any benefits as I have just started taking it - but I would be amazed if there weren't and I'm quite familiar with BSO health properties. I take a number of other supplements daily and have added this to the daily routine. I just swig it straight from the bottle. Definitely a very good quality oil - you just know it is. And the makers have take care to manufacture and package this oil. Seems like some genuine care goes in to it. I will try cooking with it as well. First up is going to be fried eggs and I have a strong hunch I will like what it does to the overall taste of fried eggs.

After 2 bottles of a different brand which tasted like petrol and had 4 months left until the expiry date when I bought them, I searched for a high Thymoquinone content black seed oil and was going to buy from a different seller until I clicked on the inspiriko brand in the related products, I never clicked back as the first thing I noticed was inspiriko answered the questions and didn't leave it to other amazon members to do it for them, the black seed oil has 2.4% Thymoquinone content which is higher and a list of quality credentials like organic, cold pressed etc. and at a fantastic price. The expiry on the bottle I bought was June 2022 so I know I can buy quantity in advance. Everything is quality, the glass bottle with a stopper with a hole in, to the booklet and box. A lot of time and effort has obviously been spent. The hole makes it easier to get on the spoon without over spilling as the bottle is dark glass The oil has a very mild taste, at worst if hitting the back of my throat when swallowing it has a little peppery taste, very much like EV olive oil, so is very easy to take. I would drink the petrol taste if it was doing me good but I'm glad I don't have to :) NITROGEN. Inspiriko are the only brand I've seen that top up the bottle with nitrogen, I work in a factory manufacturing nitrogen generators and know what is involved, its just briefly mentioned in their listing but the costs can be massive to set up edit, I've been working as normal all through the pandemic and been fine, I ran out of black seed oil and kept putting off buying some, I got covid about 5 weeks ago, so bought more oil, just wonder if I didn't have that space in between would I have got covid or not had it as as bad?

Wonderful product, excellent quality which definitely helps lots of different ailments! I’ve been taking one teaspoon straight daily for almost 3 weeks and I can definitely feel the difference, it’s also superb for acne(my daughter was skeptical but couldn’t argue with the results after just a few days of applying a tiny amount directly on to her skin) will certainly be ordering from this company again!

I've used Black Seed Oil on and off over many years. Whilst never pleasant tasting, in my opinion this one is particularly pungent and then lingers as a reminder of your misfortune. Update - I was very appreciative of the seller reaching out with tips and ideas and a general explanation as to why I may be struggling to get in with this particular product.
