Expensive.But it worth every penny!
We're living in very small town.so most appliances we always buy at Amazon!!！ This is the second rice warmer we have for this brand!the first one we use for 8 year.ever now it still works well!!it still keep my rice warm for long time!!!so that's why we buy second one for our new business!because it really value for money!!and It's very easy to cleaning! If we get chance have more business.i am petty sure we will keep buy again!

I have used more than one of these and they are all great, durable, and professional grade. The inner part is a removable non-stick pot which makes it a breeze to clean. This is a warmer, NOT a cooker. This one holds around 40 cups cooked but they make larger ones as well. I have use knock off brands and they are not nearly the build quality as the Zojirushi.

Great Product
I have the old one for 17 years for my restaurant and it still works good. This one is good so far but it is a little too big for me, i guess i should order a smaller one. Most electronic things won't last long these days, I hope the quality will be as good as the old one i have.

This will be the second one I purchase. Come from a big family and these warmers are great to keep so many different kinds of food warm from rice to tamales to stews. Just love it!

Terrible experience!
It's not as good as described in the advertisement. The white rice turned yellow and smelly after being kept warm in the thermos overnight.
