I left the mask on for about 20 minutes with a plastic shower cap My hair was much smoother, shiny and full of body. I use this combo at least once a month. More often would weigh hair down and be too much.

This stuff just didn’t work for my hair. The deep conditioner also smells awful to me. I kept trying it all in the hopes that it would smooth my aging hair. No change in the hair, and just a terrible smell to the conditioner that lingers until you wash next. The shampoo was better for me, but not worth the money.
