I've always wanted to get a tattoo, but never dared get one for the fear that I might get sick of it and want to get rid of it in the future. When I found out about Prinker, I thought it would be perfect for me and bought it straight away. It was easy and straight forward to set up with the app and was up and running in no time. Black and colour tattoos look fantastic and a lot like the real thing, it comes with a tonne of designs and its customisable features allow me to create any design I want all without the pain or worries of getting a real tattoo. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone who's interested in tattoos!

Got it working quickly, managed to get several tattoos done - but the quality of the ink was awful. Videos we saw online showed a much sharper ink quality. Also it takes ages to choose the design, set it and send to prinker. We'd been hoping to use this at an event but it takes up to a minute for each prink because you can't just choose one design and use it quickly again and again - you have to go back to the app, choose it again and send to prinker again each time. Also you can't use it offline, you have to be connected to the internet the whole time you're using it. It's a shame because it's a great concept. It just needs some adjustments but currently not fit for purpose.

Bought directly from the seller after seeing advert. on Amazon. Save your money, it's not worth it.

All inizio un po' difficile da usare. Pero' una volta imparato la stampante lavora a dovere e fa veramente dei bei tatuaggi, che durano max 3 giorni.

Extremely poor customer service. The product itself is fine (when it works) My story: I bought multiple ink cartridges from Prinker. One of them wasn't working so I sent it back. Weeks later, I got a $0.1$ refund. After making my case, I was completely disregarded by the Prinker team. The ink isn't working, and they're making excuses, saying that I used it before returning it, and the packaging was damaged. Yes, I did use it, because I had to test it, and yes, the packaging was damaged bc I threw it out, not expecting to have to return the item. Overall, terrible experience. I feel ripped off, and will not be using their product anymore.
