Spelling Weekly Practice for 1st 2nd Grade - Vol 1

This workbook is very useful, my son enjoys the workbook.

The lessons are okay for 1-2 grade . But you should continue on with higher grades and include bonus words each week. Also helped with handwriting. His testing ranged from 80-100%

This book has 4 pages for each week’s spelling words filled with fun activities. There are 24 weeks total and a QR code for more free printables on the last page. The words progressively get harder as you go. I think this will be a great tool for my daughter’s spelling practice.

My son got a like overwhelmed by the word search and other games there for using the week's group of words. Good for muscle memory perhaps but I think this book is best for an academically inspired kid who likes completing tasks. Not so much the kid who needs more work on writing and spelling and maybe has a mental block about doing it right.

I love this book. My daughter has just started going through it and we both love the lay out and progression from tracing to writing on her own. We also practise saying the words after. It also gives her a chance to colour in the pictures which is her favourite. This is a great homework tool for both of us and I get to grade her like a teacher :-)

Easy, fun activities that help kids remember spelling through repetition. Also helped my son with his handwriting.
