An ok substitute, but super pricey
I was excited to find this healthier version of a vanilla wafer. They taste good but I wish they were a bit crisper--didn't work very well in banana pudding. Be warned that the packs are tiny. I understand that almond flour is more expensive than wheat flour, but the price on this prohibits me from buying again.
