Is this a good kit for a 2013 street glide

I carry it on my Touring bike - 2017 Road Glide Special - and love it. Of course, you can't fix everything with a small travel kit like this, but this is the most complete I've seen for road repairs. And doesn't take up much space in the bags.

Does this set come with a torx (star) size T10? They are pretty small.

no, they only come with the T25, T27, T40.

I have a 04 road king. what is the best set of tools for it.

I can't say what the "best" set of tools would be, but I ride a 15 Road King and my wife rides a 14 Softail Deluxe CVO and this set has served us well for several years.

will the tool kit work for a my 1996 dyna wide glide

so I bought this kit for my 2015 road glide. It is good for very general work in an emergency like a loose nut or bolt; you are not doing any serious work with it. That being said, I owned a 1997 Roadking and for some reason at least that year a lot of the bolts were Torx Plus, meaning in the middle of the torx hole there was a convex dimple and a regular torx bit would not fit in the bolt. If harley did not use those annoying bolts back in 1996 this kit might work for you on the rest of the bike but you would not be able to use the included torx tools in the kit.
