When it comes to vitamin supplements, I always look for animal-based ones since they absorbe the best and are most competitive with the human body and therefore most effective. That’s why i buy this product, because it’s animal-based. I use this particular vitamin to get rid of facial wrinkles and my overly dry lips. I break the capsules and squeeze the contents out, some on the piece of bread and some on the problematic areas on my face. I then eat the bread and rub the oil into my skin. I tried different facial lotions before, as well as different chapsticks, but my face is overly sensitive and I usually end up with an allergic reaction, breakouts, or if I’m lucky then just nothing, no helpful effect and no harmful effects, just a thin layer of lotion on my face that never seems to absorb into my skin. Chapsticks just straight up make my lips flaky. I even tried anti wrinkle serums and creams, but they only seem to make things worse for me. This product, however, in combination with another special oil I buy, helps tremendously with both, my lips and my wrinkles. I use those once a day, and after only about three days of using them I already see tremendous results with my wrinkles. My lips become smooth and normal. Having said that, I’d say this product is real and absebes very well.

Good vitamin e should have a dark yellow, the last ones I bought from walgreen were clear, prob water in there for all I know. The ones about are quality.

I really wanted to take a *NATURAL* Vitamin E. That alone is a challenge. To find a Vitamin E that is a quality natural Vitamin E at a reasonable price point is like finding a unicorn. This Vitamin E is that mythical unicorn in the flesh. GREAT find.

The best quality of E you can get. This is the real natural vitamin E and not the synthetic you can buy in stores. These are very hard to get unless you go to high quality vitamin store or Whole Foods. This is not cheap but if you don't want to take synthetic E then buy this.
