From the minute the delivery arrived with a flimsy, torn & dented box, I wasn't impressed. The look & feel of the foot spa doesn't scream luxury, the plastic is quite hard & cheap looking. I decided to try it & was very disappointed. The heater keeps the water warm, however at times I found there were hot spots & I had to move my feet. The base of the spa with the rollers is uncomfortable even painful, the rollers are very rigid & feel spiky to the touch. I switched on the massage vibration feature & very quickly switched it back off, it was so loud it drowned out every other sound in the room including the TV. I moved on to try the bubble feature & again I switched it off instantly, it's noisier than my Shark Vacuum Cleaner. Our 2 kittens were terrified and ran off & hid, (they'll usually happily sit on the vacuum while it's being pushed around), my daughter came out of her room & asked what the racket was, it really is that noisy. Having had a foot spa before this was a very poor shadow of a product, the pumice stone is also manual, my old one automatically spun when pressure was applied, no such luck with this one. Just trying the spa with no features switched on & soaking my feet, I didn't find it very ergonomic and the hard plastic sides rubbed on my leg making me constantly switch positions. For a product that describes itself as Luxury & Relaxing, I found the exact opposite, it's not worth the price tag on it. A washing up bowl & bath salts are a much cheaper & relaxing experience.

Arrived on time, good packaging. Works ok, keeps water warm. Does get a bit hot for me, but I just turn the heat setting off until it cools down, then turn it on again. Bubbles not as strong as I hoped. Only think I hate about this product, is all the nodules on the bottom and the rollers, I find these uncomfortable so it's hard to fully relax. But again that's just my dislikes.

Plus - good long cable so it is easy to use sitting on sofa with plug socket behind and to the side. (6ft +) Easily fits my size 11's and I'm sure a 12 would also easily be accommodated with room to soare. Width is fine for my wide feet! Heats quickly (see below) Pour spout is easy to use. Minus. Shallow. With water at the max level only about inch and a half of water depth with feet in spa which doesn't cover my feet. Hot. Turn the heater on I suddenly felt very hot water hit my feet - uncomfortable and almost scalding. Single vibration speed Base is uncomfortable. I don't want my feet on a spiked floor (even after removing the rollers) Even at the reduced price I felt it was expensive and fell below the standard of the old pifco model I've had for 30 years and still like but for it's size (and broken vibrator) Can't recommend this

This product is awful. I poured in water and it just all leaked out from the bottom of the unit soaked my towel and my carpet. Also plastic bit was broken off and lid not secure. Very unhappy. Lucky it wasnt even plugged in yet! I was really looking forward to a nice spa session!

To be honest I was very disappointed with this luxury footspa. Apart from being very noisy, the massage rollers were the most uncomfortable things I have ever come across - mind you I have tender feet. suffering from arthritis and neuropathy. The bottom of this spa was totally unbearable. My wife was of the same opinion. Also a proper heater would not have gone amiss - the idea of just keeping the water warm (if that) was really not that good. Needless to say as far as we are concerned it was a total waste of money , it met its' fate at the tip after a couple of weeks !
