This was a suggested use by City Steading Brews and it works great. It doesn't leave a yeasty taste in my wines, and makes fantastic rolls.

Brewed Mead with it!
Made a bunch of different batches of Mead with it. Worked really well and I actually really enjoy the kind of "bready" aftertaste/finish it brings to my brews. Was able to brew in excess of 14% abv with it.
