I have been taking vitamins since I was a kid and it has been a part of my routine. I used vitamins to provide me with energy, protection, and as a source of diet. To top it all, since I seldom eat vegetables, I have very little fiber in my body and therefore, I do have some problems with my bowel movement. A few weeks into my new whole food vitamins and it’s like I never had problems in bowel movement. My digestion has never been this good. Going to the toilet is no longer an issue, I don’t have to spend a long time cleansing my gut and relieving my stomach Perfect! I feel confident with my health as I rely on this multivitamin for my daily source of nutrients. This product is 5 stars for me!!

I don’t know why these multivitamins are getting such a bad rep lately. Personally, I have never had a bad experience with this brand or their products. They always provide the best quality supplements, which are all natural and contain the essential vitamins and nutrients to keep your body strong, healthy, and energized. They don’t give me any unnecessary side effects like constipation, diarrhea, or anything bad. All I get from these are health benefits and a great deal, since these are so reasonably priced for a multivitamin that has such premium ingredients. Although I understand why they are mad, I also can not relate to them because I’ve never actually experienced it myself. They still kept the whole organic thing going for them. High quality ingredients and saves me money since they didn’t change anything with regards to price as well. There was no evident scent or taste, like before. As for the outcome, the results showed up quick. They were effective on me before, but now they are VERY effective. I can feel how much more energy I have, how clear my mind has been, and how stress free and relaxed I’ve been feeling since I took on this new formula.
