I would like to point out that the quality of the material the rubber stability balls are made of, is different from the first batch I have ordered. They are not as elastic, smaller in size after inflating and much less sticky. It is quite disappointing experiencing such difference in quality. I use them for Pilates exercises Hope you can enhance quality control.

This basic and inexpensive mini-ball seems to be of great quality. It's a stylish yet simple addition that unlocks a ton of additional movements you can do to create variety and boost intensity of your Pilates/yoga workouts. Photo taken before a very humbling 30 minutes illustrates the scale. Everything is included to get this inflated in under a minute. In case you're interested, here is how you inflate it: - insert the included straw into the hole - blow air through the straw into the ball... only takes a few big breaths - replace the straw with one of the included plugs - enjoy! (or suffer, in my case)

Great stability ball, ideal size for me to use for both physio and pilates exercises. The ball is good quality and glad I opted for the 10” size it’s ideal, have recommended to a friend.
