Excellent. No aftertaste plus you only have to take one a day unlike most other products where you have to take two to three a day for the recommended dose. Actually cheaper per daily dosage than many others and a quality brand.

This stuff is the best. It’s my go-to Omega & I love it. Best deal for it I’ve seen is here on Amazon as well. Also, these don’t taste like fish oil at all they have a YUMMY VANILLA taste!! Love that & no stickiness.

I take this because omega-3’s do not lower my triglycerides, but this seems to help and lowering my triglycerides. I’ve been taking it for several months and it’s definitely been effective based on my lab work.
