I have been painting for over 30 years. I don't use a lot of palette knives for painting but for mixing. I do, however, use different ones for another job I do that requires the knives. The one I've had for over 30 years was made in Italy ,and since then I've had trouble finding some decent knives. That one is still being used.... others I have had snap because they were welded, or the stainless knife part is not well made, warps, doesn't have a good flex. Well, these were a pleasant surprise. The knife is one piece of metal, nothing to break or get weak. They move the material I am using (a thick clear medium) very nicely leaving no weird edges The assortment of shapes is quite handy and nice wooden handles. The price was great, especially for the quality and quantity. One shape I've never used before and and it made my job much easier. Quite pleased with these.

Good quality for beginners and affordable price. It's sturdy and cleans up easily I use acrylic paints not oil. . Easy to grasp in the fingers . Lightweight. I use this to open the clear plastic on paint bottle lids. A scissors is to clunky but the point on this palette/ utility knife gets under the plastic easily. I definitely recommend for quality and value.
