Large pills, making it difficult for me to swallow. There is a line to make it easier to cut the pills. Didn't realize this was a years worth of pills. Should've read the information closer.

This is my favorite brand for vitamins and minerals and these are perfect. While the tablets are large, it has the benefit of 3 in one whereas my previous magnesium alone was the same size so no issue for me. The amount in a bottle is excellent value for money. Will be returning when I need a refill

Been taking for 2–3 years, mainly for calcium after a leg fracture. Noticed my hair looks healthier after a few months — magnesium seems to have helped with brittleness and hair loss. Tablets are massive, but manageable.

I have been using this for a little over 2 weeks and I haven't felt this good in a long time. My immune system has improved, stress levels mitigated and quality of sleep has become better.

This calcium, magnesium, and zinc supplement has a well-balanced formula, and I appreciate that it includes vitamin D3 and K2 as well as being suitable for a vegan diet. The tablets are medium-sized and easy enough to take. However, needing multiple tablets per serving makes it less convenient for daily use. Overall, it’s an average supplement that does the job, but there’s room for improvement.

Very good source for magnesium and zinc. But please be careful guys. Do not eat it every day unless you genuinely need to. It can have the negative effect. Most common side affects of eating every day is joint and muscle pain. I would advise every 2 to 3 days. Everyone is different. Once you find the balance. It really does help to keep your levels at what they should be.

Ich nehme sie abends, da das Magnesium zusätzlich entspannend wirkt. Spürbare Wirkung: Seit der regelmäßigen Einnahme fühle ich mich deutlich vitaler. Meine Muskeln verkrampfen kaum noch (danke, Magnesium!) und ich habe das Gefühl, mein Immunsystem ist stabiler (hier spielt wohl das Zink mit). Ottimo integratore, completo e ben tollerato Cercavo un integratore completo per supportare ossa e muscoli e questo prodotto mi ha convinto. La combinazione di magnesio, zinco e calcio con vitamina D3 e K2 è davvero ben studiata. Apprezzo molto che sia vegano, cosa non scontata per la D3. Dopo qualche settimana di utilizzo mi sento più in forma, meno affaticato a fine giornata e con meno crampi muscolari. Le compresse sono facili da deglutire e non mi hanno dato fastidi allo stomaco. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e formula completa per chi vuole prendersi cura di ossa e benessere generale. Lo ricomprerò!
