I was unhappy that there were no guarantee papers, no way to register the item, and had to order the full operating instructions.

Bought as a present for my daughter who makes unique bags and nicknames. Copies really well with heavier materials. Easy to use.

I've used a few sewing machines in my life and been greatful to do so, however some are so much trouble it makes using them an annoying frustration but not this one. I'd been struggling along with a brother for months until my patience finally snapped. Remembering the olden days of my mother's Singer that would sew with hardly any problems I decided to get one myself and am now so happy 😊 I did. This machine has sewn through layers of elastic, leather, denim, corduroy, light cotton, taffeta etc absolutely effortlessly so far. The only time it's struggled is when I haven't set the tension correctly, which isn't much. It makes my brother feel like a rubbish joke Christmas cracker toy. I expect this machine will outlive me by at least 50 years especially since it has no computerised parts to fail. I was reluctant to spend so much and thought about it for months but now have no regret whatsoever for buying it. I'm in love 😍 with a sewing machine and it's great.

I am a crafter and I regularly upload crafting videos to my YouTube channel. I had been looking for a reliable sewing machine that can do the triple stretch stitch and also deal with heavy materials so that I can sew bags. Singer has long been a reliable Brand and when I saw this heavy-duty sewing machine at a reasonable price, I immediately bought it. I am loving every moment of using it. Since purchasing it, I have already upcycled a laptop bag into a school bag for my daughter with wonderful results. Everything about this machine is a joy. It also has a drop feed mechanism so you can do free motion quilting and embroidery. The speed is fabulous. I do not care much for the automatic needle threader but it is a convenience if your eyesight isn't perfect. When I first saw this sewing machine I thought No! It looks plastic , chunky and cheap. How wrong was I!!! When I opened the bow I thought wow, how nice it actually looks. It’s quite smart and looks strong. It was easy to use and quick to thread. I stitched a fleece hoodie with ease. I also made a cushion very fast. I’m so glad I changed my mind and got this machine.

Gateshead Needle threader does not work. As a glaucoma sufferer I really rely on this facility. Can you give me any reason why I have this problem? Needle
