Fits one standard rodent block, I used Contrac Blox. This is for mice only, a rat can't get inside to eat the poison

I bought it to use for house mice in my garage. It comes with a lock.It has a very sufficient entrance size for the mices. But it may be small for larger rats. Not easy to open.Quality is nice. Not heavy not lightweight.Easy to use.The bait compartment holds the bait tightly. There was no gnawing and deformation in the product I used. There are no mice in my garage anymore.I am satisfied.I recommend it for small rodents like mice.

We ordered a case of these intending to use them in different locations but only one key was provided in the box. Unlike other vendors who seem to provide one key for every bait station.

Don't lose the key that opens these, but if you do you CAN wrestle them open with a screw driver. We keep mice out of our garage by bothering to clean them out and replace the poison cubes every fall when the cold weather comes in. Until we started using these, we had let a mouse colony build up in our garage. The poisons used in these stations cause the mice to leave the building for water and keep the mice out.
