Men's Hellbender Wading Boot - Felt

First day on the stream and the laces began to loosen so I waded onshore and tried to tighten them. One of the eyelets pulled out immediately and I could see the poor rivet construction of the entire system. But I didn't want to miss any hatches so I went out a second time a few days later. This time the laces separated, the sheath came away from the nylon core like a snake skin.....My advice is to buy a more expensive, better brand....USA construction if possible.

Great wading boots. Good grip, confortable even when hiking the river bank, and dry very quickly.

I couldn't recommend these more, the size was perfect, they're very slip resistant, the traction is great solid support and not too heavy! Perfect for the regular river wader!

Excellent much better then the cleats I have. Comfortable no SLIPPAGE, fish a lot in rivers. Compared to the cleats these are so much better. Didn't slip once.they don't gather silt and mud as well as on the inside. The sole looks solid will see how it holds up. They are very comfortable went with my shoe size and the fit is fine. Could've went up in size but there fine. Price is fair so if they last 2 season or more money well spent. If I remember...if.. I'll update my review late fall. Very pleased and again there better than the cleats. I was confident in the water with each step an not slipping. I would recommend them.from May to October they held up fabulously. Put a lot of miles and hours of wear on them. Only issues laces wore out and they take forever to dry. I'll stand by my review I like em' 👍 💥UPDATE 💥 JUNE 22ND 2025 Still look like new Lotta wear Lotta use. I would definitely buy another pair when they get around to wearing out.
