Wow, I love this little iced coffee maker! I didn't have high expectations for it but I promise you, it's a awesome machine! I've tried many different coffee makers and none of them made a good iced coffee besides the Ninja coffee bar. However, the Ninja bar malfunctioned constantly and had to keep getting replaced (this shouldn't happen with a almost $200 product) so we eventually threw it away. My husband bought a Keurig coffee maker but to me, the coffee that comes from that tastes like sock water. It's gross and not strong enough for my liking plus it cannot make a good iced coffee. This machine is small so it doesn't take up much counter space at all. It is very easy to use and clean! The cup it comes with is nice and you can measure the amount of water for the machine with it (it has the water line on the cup) so it will make just enough for the cup! Fill it with water, add coffee grounds, add ice and sugar (or fake sugar and syrup if you do that) to your cup, and press start- it's that simple! You can select your desired drip speed, I slide it all the way so that it drips faster, however, it is still kind of a slow drip. I love this coffee maker and for $30 you cannot go wrong! Now I don't have to take trips to our local coffee shop and I'll be saving $4 a cup ☺️. ETA- yes, the coffee comes out hot because you're suppose to add ice to your cup for a "iced coffee" lolol. Don't worry about adding too much ice, fill the cup all the way to the top with ice, by the time the coffee is done you'll have a perfect amount of ice and not too much.

I've been a fan of cold brew/iced coffee, for 3 years. I'm not a fan of hot coffee, I just like my drinks ice cold (ice included). I usually brew my coffee in my Ninja Coffee Machine (love that thing, btw) and use this when I'm wanting a late night cup or just need something to get me going, out of the gate. The ease of use and quality of this product is solid. You just fill your tumbler to the water line, dump it into the machine, add your coffee or tea of choice, make sure the cup is filled with plenty of ice, turn it on and let it go. One thing that I wish was included, was a straw cleaner. That's the only thing I can never get cleaned well. Otherwise, this machine is easy to clean, same for the tumbler. The filter is easy to clean, the machine doesn't have a very big footprint, either. I just push it in the corner on my countertop and it's out of the way. This is perfect for someone who wants a quick cup of iced coffee, that doesn't have a batch of cold brew ready. It's also great for those nights you want a single cup of decaf, as well. I've fixed iced tea in this as well. Just dump 1 serving of loose tea leaves in the filter, add the same amount of water and let it do it's magic. This is ideal for a college student living in a dorm or apartment. Trust me, Starbucks gets very expensive. You could fix your own, save some cash and use that for something else. I give this a 5 out of 5, again... throw in a straw cleaner and you'll be set. This device includes a scoop, for measuring out the coffee. Very convenient, I might add. Trust me, once you use this a couple of times, you'll see why this product was created.

I just unpacked mine and washed it and followed the instructions fully. It is great. The Tumbler alone is worth the price but the machine works great. You can add flavors etc and add more coffee if you like yours stronger but just add little bits each time to get where you want it. I love it. I was using an older drip machine and putting ice in it but not nearly the same as this. This machine is super easy to use and super easy to breakdown and clean. I use the drip slider and no drips it is great! I give it a 10/10.

Update: After using this quite a few times, I would recommend this product. Yes, most of the ice melts before it's done brewing, but the cup is very insulated for a plastic cup and keeps the drink cold for a long time. I will be keeping it after all. It does a good job for the money. Original: I was a little skeptical, but this got great reviews and Mr. Coffee is a great name so I tried it. Machine is nice enough. Easy instructions and easy to use. However, I love my iced coffee full of ice and freezing cold. I'm not sure what kind of ice other reviewers are using, but I used big ice cubes from my fridge maker and filled the tumbler. By the time the coffee was done brewing over it, ALL the ice was melted. I was a bit saddened by this. I would say the drink is definitely cold, but I'm not sure I like the fact that there's no ice left. Not sure I'll be keeping this.

First off, this does brew out hot coffee. Seems there are a lot of reviewers who missed that part of the description. I drink iced coffee everyday. It is often a challenge to brew the right amount to make up for melted ice. The last few months I've been using a French press and it has been good, but it is kind of a pain so I was looking for something else. Stumbled across this and for less than $20 figured it was worth a try. It works perfectly. For my first cup, I use a scoop and a half. My second cup I just use a scoop. They both taste good. Mine was open box and did not have an instruction manual. I still figured out how to use it. Go me! Anyway, I put in the water and the coffee, fill the cup with ice, turn it on and let it start burbling, then after a bit, I move the drip thing to the halfway point so it doesn't come out too fast. It brews, I add creamer and more ice and voila! 9-1-23 update: Still going strong! Everyday use and makes great iced coffee!! Love it!!

To expensive it I do use it every day.

Does not fill the cup and you have to remove the hot part to add more water...dangerous as well
