Very strong and stylish belt. I bought this belt to replace one I have been using for 25 years! Previous attempts have only resulted in broken snaps, separated buckles and stretched belts. I bought this one because it resembled my old favorite belt. So far it is holding up to the punishment, though it is beginning to cup along the back. It has already lasted longer than most other attempts. The buckle is strong. The belt itself looks great! Since I got this belt months ago, it has been out on rain storms where it was soaked, and worked in for many hours. It is one rugged belt that still looks good after abuse. So far, I really recommend it. The lack of the 5th star is due to the slight cupping probably caused when it was soaked in a rain storm (while I was wearing it), and stayed on me until dry.

I'm a big guy at 6' 3" and 260 lbs. This belt is perfectly thick, strong, and the super reinforced redundant stitching push it over the top for me. Real leather and attractive style make it a high quality product and I highly recommend!

I have purchased many items, (mostly work clothes/items) from Carhartt. Most recently I have found the quality has gone down. I bought my latest item on Amazon and what a disappointment. I ordered a replacement for a black leather belt I wear most days. Their fulfillment was terrible. I had to return the first one because I ordered a black belt and they delivered a gray one. They shipped through USPS, which I try to avoid. Amazon delivery is so much more reliable and efficient. The belt was a buy again item so I assumed it would be the same as my last one. What I received was slightly narrower with a cheap buckle and the leather was less substantial and certainty NOT a REPLACEMENT from what I had. It was not cheap at over $50. I will not be buying anything from Carhartt in the future. Buyer beware!

All good. The last one of these I got is 10+ years old and still works. I needed a new one since I lost a little weight so I got another one and I’m sure this belt will last as long as the last one. $ for $ this belt is a better deal than any other belt I’ve ever purchased.

Great belt, has held up well so far and appears that it will continue that way. Was looking for a durable belt that would last and could have a buckle attached, this works great.
