I really like the idea of this item. I purchased it for my 4 year old autistic son because he was having an episode so I grabbed his hands and started shaking them making a vibrating feeling. He seemed to like that a lot, so I rushed to Amazon to see if they had something that would mimick the effect and I saw this pillow and thought it would be perfect for my son. Well, when I received it and gave it to my son with the vibrating option on. He didn't like it much. I think the vibrating was over stimulating. However he does like the music option and there is an option to voice record which I think is really cool.

Vibrates, makes noise, and lets you record. Love it. My special needs goes in for dental work next week. Wanted to get things to keep her calm.

My son has some sensory disorders so I thought this would be comforting, and it is, he loves to sit on it, will sometimes hug and squeeze to his chest which gives him the sensory he seeks. The pattern isn't my favorite, kids seem to like it and the zipped removable cover can be removed and laundered easily. The fabric is very soft and didn't shrink in warm wash load or dryer. Inside, it's basically a cut out of foam, it seems cheap but the foam material isn't bad and I believe it can be laundered as well. Removing the vibration device is easy. Batteries last a decent amount of time even with continued use. There is only ONE vibration offered, no other speeds or intensities. *also, had to return one ad the vibration didn't work even after changing out different batteries, was quickly offered replacement without any issues at all. Ultimately, I liked it enough to order 3 and donated one to his school for the sensory room. Highly recommend.

This thing was tiny, difficult to operate, and honestly I was so embarrassed by it that I did not even give it as the gift to my autistic nephew. Save your money and move along.

This pillow is ok. It’s not so soft as we were thinking. The device inside easy to rich, but for kids it needs something to easy for switching between modes. And you can do it only to take it out. So my kiddo takes this device away and just play with it separately. Pillow I staff with different soft material from my old pillow. The price is ok and it’s a good looking item.

My son loves this. It provides the right sensory experience and has become his favorite for regulation as well as just sitting on the couch.

We have been using this for a couple of days and it was so helpful with sensory overload at a large event. It has also been helpful in getting him to sleep, as he lays on it and it makes him much calmer and relaxed when sleeping. Would recommend for an autistic child who gets sensory overload easily.

Useful for massages can be placed or held on anybody part for benefits of increasing nice feelings and blood flow. Items is soothing relaxing calming healing restorative and does not just make the body happy but the mind also. It's great. That would be super awesome and calming i think, this does not exist already as a sensory item and i'm sure it would be popular. So please make this Amazon!
