Review: I got the MISSION Cooling Bucket Hat to wear outdoors during hot days, and overall it’s a solid piece of gear. The material is light and breathable, and when soaked briefly it gives a noticeable cooling effect that actually helps when you’re out in direct sun. That’s exactly what I was looking for for long yard work sessions and summer hikes. The brim gives decent shade around the face and neck, and it packs down easily for travel or storage. The cooling aspect works as advertised with water activation it’s not fancy tech, just simple evaporative cooling that does make a difference. My only small gripe is the fit isn’t super snug on me. Depending on head shape it can feel a bit loose, but it hasn’t actually blown off yet in a breeze. It’s not a deal‑breaker, just something to be aware of if you prefer a very secure, fitted feel. Love the color and fabric

Works great as a hat, but terrible to use as a bucket. Liquid just pours right through it. Also, use caution with the chin strap when doing yard work. Mine got caught on something as I was backing away and slingshotted the little slippy tab thingy that allows you to cinch it down into my chin and left an owie.

Great hat for sun protection and the cooling feature works great when the hat gets wet. This will be your go to hat for extended time outdoors.
