Not infused garlic!
It is not garlic infused oil. It’s garlic flavored! There is a big difference for people like me with a digestive disorder. One bite of pasta with this product on it gave me severe diarrhea. Garlic is a main trigger food for my condition and only truly infused garlic can be tolerated. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I see other people have had the same issue.

This isn’t garlic INFUSED oil
Amazon advertises this as garlic infused oil. It is not garlic infused. It’s garlic flavored. There is a being difference. Many people with digestive diseases cannot tolerate garlic in this form. The infusion process changes the chemical makeup of the garlic making it safe.

Excellent Quality, Flavorful Results
We use a lot of oil and vinegar combinations on salads, usually flavored. The garlic olive oil, paired with a good balsamic vinegar, is simple but tasty. You can't beat the quality of Chef Jean Pierre products.

7oz bottle, Amazon did not protect enough in shipment
The oil is nicely flavored. Kind of pricey for 7 oz. My bottle arrived leaking which I am sure isn't the company who made it but the shipper. The white box it came in had about a 1/4 cup of oil staining it. Too much of a hassle to return to Amazon.

Picture shown is very deceiving. Unboxing was a bit of a surprise. Very skinny bottle about the diameter of an English cucumbers. Most of the cost is probably in the packaging. For the selling price, I could probably make my own, much cheaper. There are recipes out there. I haven't tried the product yet, so I can't report on the quality.

Great flavor
Cook with this flavored olive oil all the time. I recommend it to everyone who loves garlic and olive oil.

Not a fare review of olive oil due to damage.
Wish I could be more positive, but the bottle came to me damaged. The interior of the shipping tube was saturated with the oil and upon closer inspection the cork in the top of the bottle was defective. The plastic attached to the cork completely crumbled when I attempted to twist it off. Ended up having to use a shaved down wine cork. Wish my responses were more on the quality of the olive oil, but it’s not because I was never able to use it.
