I use this on an old basket ball hoop in my back garden, really easy to set up.

Fairly priced and good quality, despite my best efforts these have not torn on split. Have since sold my weights and bench and use these as I get to still do the bulk of the same work outs with these and as they are compact I can take these when I travel. Hand grips could have been better designed for comfort but otherwise I am happy with these for the price and what they do.

Good band set. Great resistance range, all you need for a full body work out. Handles are sturdy as is the door anchor.

Good quality versatile bands. Dropped one star as I would have preferred an extra set of handles so you don't have to spend time switching handles to different bands.

Early days, previous sets were faulty ,bands snapping after a short period of use , hopefully these are more robust,time will tell.

Ordered these after a close friend told me about her success using these. I have been using these for 3 weeks now and I am in shock at how great the work out is. I bought these thinking I'd have to double up the bands in order to get the right intensity. I was dreaming!!! The tension with the 50lb band is intense and pulls me back to wards the door when doing a chest fly. My ultimate goal was to find a home solution that would allow me to cancel my gym membership. I used YouTube as my resource to find exercises that would replicate my routine at the gym. Not only was I able to replicate them, I was able to find some unique exercises to work the same muscles. I'm rambling but overall I am shocked at how effective these are. The set itself has everything you need and both the handles and the ankle straps are very comfortable. I noticed a lot of similar products on Amazon have a very basic nylon ankle strap which couldn't possibly be comfortable. The door attachment is very strong and works great. Everything fits nicely in the carrying bag and weighs next to nothing. Won't take up hardly any room at all in your suitcase if you want to take it on the road.
