Easy to assemble, the instructions are easy, you don't need any tools except for what is included. The bed frame is sturdy and looks really nice. The material is good quality.

My husband and I LOVE our new bed! It seems very sturdy. He’s 240lbs and I’m 150lbs and even when it starts a rockin’ it holds up well. You can use it with or without a box spring which I like. We use our box spring and it looks great and it doesn’t slide around. My husband just gets a kick out of seeing me leap up onto the tall bed like a little kid. I’m 5’4” so it might be hard to get up onto it with the box spring if you’re smaller or have mobility issues. I used 3 sheer curtains along with two strands of the tiny wire curtain lights that have 8 settings and our bed looks fabulous. The instructions were pretty simple to follow once you figure out their rhyme & reason but it did take us a second to decipher. We put it together in less than 30 minutes and we had so much fun doing it! It took me WAY longer to figure out how to DECORATE the canopy than it did to put the bed together. It’s very good quality for the price. I’m even loving the little rubber mallet they give you to tap the pieces into place. I used the mallet to pound in some anchors into the walls and it worked like a charm. Anchors always break in our walls when we use a regular hammer but not with the rubber mallet! It’s an added bonus that I’ll probably use for other things. The box is super heavy so you need two people to carry it but I was happy about that because it meant that the bed would most likely be sturdy. I’m so pleased with the outcome. I was able to purchase our new bed and decorate our canopy with the fabrics and the lighting for about $200 total. My husband loves it too despite him being such a manly man. I think his exact words were “ooh our own private honeymoon suite!” Which was cute since we’ve been married for 26 years. Both of us think it is a great product for the price and it was really fast shipping! We’ll have lots of fun for years to come in our new bed!!!!

This is an excellent bed set. I bought this for my 11 year old son and he loves it. It comes with all of the tools needed to put it together.. my son and I put it together with no problem. It is sturdy and looks very nice in his room.

My immediate impression upon opening the box was that this bed was pretty robust. The structural members where all rectangular tubes with about 1/16” wall thickness. The bed was packed perfectly with everything protected and all components accounted for. I assembled this myself in about 45 minutes. There is no way a person with any common sense can’t put this together correctly rather quickly. The bed was fully labeled piece by piece to correspond with the steps in the instructions. My particular bed was manufactured exactly as shown in the instructions...everything lined up and every bolt screwed in with ease. The bag of hardware contained a small ratcheting socket head wrench that was extremely useful...a new adder to my toolbox actually! With everything assembled, bolts firmly tightened and mattress in place the bed was in fact quite robust as I thought it would be. Not a sound when moving it around. The rectangular shaped tubing gives a flat mating surface where there is no wiggle. Beds, desks, etc. with circular tubing cannot be tightened together enough to eliminate relative motion between the pieces and therefore squeaking. I know I just assembled this thing but other than perhaps having to check the tightness of the bolts periodically, I would be surprised if this starting wiggling around and squeaking. I don’t give 5 stars all that often but this bed frame deserves it. Delivery, boxing, ease of assembly, robustness of design and an attractive final product with no flaws. My wife loves it. She’s already decorating the canopy and has a big smile on her face 😉. Highly recommended.

After looking for a new bed, that included a desk, I found this. I read all the reviews, and was slightly worried. But honestly- this was easy to put together, and seems sturdy. The quality was higher than what I expected, and I have a feeling this will last her through high school. No regrets!
