Dear friend, the accent light absolutely can light up the dartboard and decorative paintings.

will this light look good on a 33" wide picture?

Close but should be fine as I have one on about the same size picture. It would be perfect if the light was a little wider.

The light head is 13 inch and it 7 inch stretch from wall to light bulb . if your picture is large ,please choose 2 lights or more .Thanks a lot !

I want to mount light over a glass etagere 72"x 24" wide. No power source nearby. Would this give some night illumination?

No this light, if it works, is not bright. It’s just an illuminator. Mine only worked for about 30 minutes. It’s cheap and a piece of junk, at least from my experience.
