Quick and no fuss. Easier than making up drinks and especially if they are not that great tasting

Does what it says on the tin
These seem to work well. I don't need a huge amount of electrolytes but I do use these a couple of time each week and they seem to work well. Will buy more when needed.

Does the job.
In later years I have developed severe cramp after/during exercise.Just completed a hot cycling tour in Spain during an august heat wave and they worked.I took one at lunchtime and another at the end of my ride with lots of water.Forget about the fancy very expensive 'calorie free' supplements.

To stay hydrated whilst fasting?
You can fast a week before you might take a multivitamin or two of these capsules per day. For me my water seemed to taste different after the second day and my daughter thought the potassium might have had that effect? So I only took 4 tablets and then stopped as max water fast to date 5 days.
