No Rechargable batteries
I purchased this product under the impression that the item will be supplied with the batteries that can be refilled with the wire connected to computer/USB. I had previously purchased sony recorder 10 years back and got with the reusable battery. So this time I expected the same. The seller needs to mention clearly that the batteries for ICD PX240 sony recorder need to be replaced. Also the recorder seems to be an old version. Cant use it for long term. For those planning to purchase, please make note of the above.

Quality of sound was terrible n battery issue
When you play the recorded sounds , extremely bad and difficult to hear. Sounds were so bad. I want to return it because it is useless

De kwaliteit van de opnames is goed. De geluidskwaliteit minder, maar verstaanbaar. Het deksel van het batterijcompartiment sluit slecht.

This is an amazing tool for recording lectures, and other useful events. Audio by default is mp3 and sounds alright with a headphone. Just be sure to keep the recorder close to the source of sound and without obstructions or disturbances. Also smoothy transfer files to computer by copy pasting no additional software required.
