I began having pain in my legs after being stuck at a desk for the better part of the last year. I’ve taken a few weeks off from running, so that could have contributed, but I have found these to help with aches and joint pain that I get from sitting a lot for work. I will continue to use them because I have noticed they make me feel a bit more lubricated and less achy.

Besides the collagen, glucosamine, msm, I like that this product also has turmeric and boswellia in the formula which really helps my joints when they are acting up.

The label on this bottle has some of the tiniest writing I’ve ever seen. There may be smaller writing out there, but for obvious reasons, I haven’t seen it. This tiny writing can be read if I zoom in with my phone’s camera, and it doesn’t seem to be hiding anything particularly shameful. The suggested serving of three capsules provides good amounts of glucosamine and chondroitin, plus smaller amounts of some other things that have also been shown in controlled studies to be helpful to joints, at least when taken in larger doses than this. If you’re serious about taking, say, collagen, I recommend taking a much larger dose than these capsules provide, since these have just a token amount. The capsules are medium-sized, measuring 22.8 mm (.898 inches) long. They’re full of powder that’s very yellow, from the turmeric extract I assume. I find them easy to swallow. I just started taking them and haven’t noticed any improvement in my joints yet, but I’m just an Amazon reviewer, not a controlled study.

I've been using Health Logics Biocell Collagen in a different, much simpler version for about five years. I've tried other brands on occasion but always find myself going back with the brand that returned the joy of my pain free youth. I'm excited to try this Healthy Joints formula with additional ingredients. Even though I really don't need anything else to move freely, I'm taking this to perhaps reverse the damage caused by arthritis. I only wish I started taking collagen when I was in my 40s. It will probably take a month or more to notice any difference. The tumeric, glucosamine and vitamin C are all the ingredients I have read about recently that super charge the benefits of collagen, and this formula has them all.

This Health Logics Healthy Joints has really given me that extra boost I needed to get past my stiff, achy joint pain. The formula contains collagen, glucosamine, MSM, Vitamin C and boswellia serata. I have tried each of these supplements and vitamins individually, but it only upset my stomach and cost too much. I like this ready made formula. The capsules are large, but they go down easily. I take them in the morning with my breakfast. This formula has significantly cut down on my consumption of ibuprofen, and I am thankful for that. I love this stuff and will continue to purchase it.
