Very versatile
These are great and very versatile for many gluten free pasta dishes! Not just for Asian based food! Great texture and taste, super quick to cook. I’ve made chicken Alfredo, red meat sauce, sweet teriyaki chicken noodles, butter scampi, and look forward to more.

I Love Your Rice Noodles!
I love these rice noodles! They are great in coconut soups, stir fries and curries, and easy in digestion. I highly recommend them for any dishes, anything that you would normally use regular pasta for!

I grabbed the Thai Kitchen Gluten Free Thin Rice Noodles because I already love the brand and trust the quality—easy choice. The noodles are delicious, cook perfectly, and being gluten free is a nice bonus if that matters to you. Now all I need is to perfect my spring‑roll‑wrapping technique… which is currently a work in progress. But hey, once I get that down, I’ll be unstoppable. Great product, great taste, and perfect for homemade spring rolls—even if yours look more “abstract” than restaurant‑ready. 😄

The noodles were a bit gummy, and I may have not cooked them properly, but was alright.

I was taught by a Chinese restaurant chef to soak any rice noodles and vermicelli in cold water for twenty minutes and then boiled it till it was soft or put it in the hot broth right before serving. Great for any type of chicken soup and kids love it a lot.
