The best phone I've ever used, BUT PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW
So if you're planning to use this phone on Verizon like I am, be prepared to spend a good chunk of time on the phone with Tier 1 and then Tier 2 Tech Support. You see, the unlocked models of these phone are not 100% compatible with CDMA carriers, and Verizon, amongst a small handful of others, still use CDMA for certain things. At least with Verizon, you CAN get them to flag the line you'll be using with this phone as "CDMAless", but only a tier 2 or above technician can do that, so be prepared to sit through a bunch of unnecessary troubleshooting, sometimes even if you go in knowing that and telling them what they need to do. That's what happened to me The good news is, it DOES support Verizon's nationwide 5G (but not their Ultra Wideband, but UW is dumb anyway), even if it takes up to a week or two for everything to fully catch up. When I first started using mine, I constantly had to turn airplane on and off again to keep in on 5G. A week and a half or so later, it has a rock-solid 5G connection where it's available. I'd suggest looking up reviews from people more qualified than I am, but as long as you're willing to put in the patience to get everything synced between your phone and your carrier, this is a FANTASTIC phone, even 2 years after release

One Plus might make good phones, EPIC bad customer services experiences
Second replacement phone and this one has problems too, but my main complain is the poor customer service that this company provides, 1st phone network problem, put the request up, it took weeks and a bunch phone calls and chats later to get a shipping label after, then I get a phone with fingerprint sensor problems, put another request and more weeks to get shipping label for this 2nd phone I mean c'mon, I have been 2 months without a working phone. Been listening to same excuses after three phone calls to customer service and 2 chats later for this 2nd phone (Christmas vacations, bad weather problem in USA) "wait 24 to 48 hours", it has takes weeks to a shipping label, I even if I get the shipping label after this 2nd phone what guarantees do i have that 3rd one is going to work, Worst customer service experience that I ever have, WORST that Dell and that is saying something, this isn't about the stupid phone anymore, for the price that your phones have is no excuse to have this bad of customer service experience, obviously I'm NEVER buying or suggest to somebody to buy one of your phones there are better competition Samsung, Pixel and others. The disconnect between the customer service and where they escalate problems is highly noticeable. There is a saying that a company to consumer with problems with their product, "Make it right" this obviously doesn't applies to OnePlus. Google Oneplus customer service reddit and you know what I mean, buy a Samsung or Pixel their customer service aint wonderful either but is way better from my understanding than oneplus.
