The product came in a tube as pictured. Some reviewers mentioned issues with packaging, but I didn't have any problems with getting the product out of the tube. This is an ointment, not a cream, so it is thick, waxy, but not too greasy. The ointment does not smell like perfume (as stated by another reviewer), it is white/clear and almost scent-free. It vaguely smells like cooking oil however the smell dissipates and it doesn't linger around. I wouldn't want it to smell any other way as I'm trying to stay away from anything scented in any way. As with any ointment, I don't think there is an easy and mess free way to use it, but considering the discomfort and issues I had, the application was not even an issue in my opinion. I would use it even if I had to cut it out of the tube. Holding the ointment between the fingers for a few seconds made it softer and easier to apply, and also rolling the tube between the hands a few times will soften up the ointment for easier removal from the tube. Upon application the skin feels somewhat coated probably because of the beeswax in ti, and it doesn't wash off during shower. There was a waxy residue on my skin, but I wasn't bother with this as it felt soothing. Also, this ointment will eliminate any odor a one may suffer from and it's very soothing to the skin. I had no irritation or burning with this ointment whatsoever. I can't comment on the curing abilities as far as BV, Yeast, or any other issue as I had none of these, but it worked for me where nothing else did. Initially, I have tried a hundreds of products in search of relief of dryness and itching (most likely caused by some type of dermatitis). It was severely interfering with my life, and I was skeptical to try this product, especially with all the natural ingredients, thinking it's just another ineffective hyped up cream. I have tried tea tree and coconut oils, over the counter creams and ointments (vagisil, etc), even prescription steroid cream (which made things worse), to no avail. Since this product had somewhat mixed reviews I wasn't sure that it would work for me, but I'm happy to report this is an awesome product. It took about two hours upon application to start feeling some relief. The following day, I was starting to feel like myself again. It's been about two weeks and I'm thrilled and finally itch free. Unbelievable! I don't know if this will be a temporary solution as I have not stopped using it, but I will update the review once I stop using it. This literally gave me back my sanity so I'm not even sure I will ever be without it. I highly recommend it to those who have already had unsuccessful prescription treatments, mystery diagnoses, and bunch of normal tests, and yet no relief in sight. This was it for me.

Good cream. Instant relief

I ordered this product because I was at my wits end with recurring yeast infections. Anything could set it off like change in soap, too much laundry detergent, the heat, swimming, or even too much sugar. I have tried everything OTC to no avail. And, I mean every OTC and vitamin supplement to prevent it. You name it, I've tried it. I've even tried Desitin but they always come back and always with avengence. I took the organic route using essentials oils mingled with other solid oils but even that too was a temporary thing taking days to kick in. This was my last resort because another trip to the doctor is completely embarrassing enough already and prescriptions take just as long if not longer. So, I figured I would give this a try. I read the reviews about how the white cream is hard to push out of the tube. This is true. I massage the tube each time I have gotten ready to use it which is before bed and in the middle of the day. It takes a bit of squeezing to come out. But when it does it remains in a long white string which is kind of sticky. I assume to prevent from getting everywhere like most creams. The consistency is thick feeling but spreads easily like Vaseline. It has no smell. I use an amount that covers the tip of my finger. To my surprise, this last one I've been battling over a week now was gone in 2 days! Seriously, this stuff is amazing! I did not have a problem with separation or runniness like others have claimed. Maybe that's because I got the smaller tube. Regardless, I keep it in a cool dry place, take it out, spread it on and go about my business. The itching stopped almost immediately bringing back my sanity. I will definitely be purchasing more!

I actually thought I was getting something without the anti fungal treatment but it did contain it. However, this medication has beeswax and some other all natural ingredients that make it better than Monistat. It has a really pleasant smell and stays on your skin really well. It also works amazingly well on yeast infections and I am hooked! Will definitely buy again!

I was miserable. My vulva was red , inflamed, sore, had micro cut, and worst of all was itching constantly. It was at its worst at night . I am beginning of menopause, and my doctor thought it was related to that and gave me some cream that was not helpful. I ordered this and received it a few hours ago. I instantly felt 80% better. Few hours later I would put myself as feeling 95% better. I see that several commenters don’t like how thick it is.. but I like that the thick balm nature of this and I think the thickness is part of what makes it work. My only caution it is a very deep brown color and I think prone to staining clothing and maybe your fingers. I would say just wear a panty liner or sacrifice some crappy underwear. It seems like is it worth it to stop suffering. I feel normal again!
