Obviously not just my heading applies. I have a journal obsessed 11 year old daughter who bought this with her xmas money :)) . She loves it and fills it in neatly. It’s a bit repetitive and my 9 year old is struggling with a few bits, if I’m being honest though it opened him up full stop to talk about feelings more and seemed to really appreciate the fact I cared what he was thinking...even though I’d said it the book does so much more in telling him. so I consider that mission achieved

Excellent book - I think it’s great to get kids into the habit of writing regularly and thinking about how they are feeling. Bought for an 11 year old, which is on the higher end of the age recommendation. She is getting a lot out of this book. Can’t comment on how it compares to other similar type books.
