Good product, couple of minor issues after a year of use, the head tends to loosen on the screw tread and eventually come off which has shot off across the room. The hardest flexibility setting is so hard that it becomes rigid. But otherwise it's a good product

なかなか良くできています。実際はゆっくり動く大きなバッグと素早い小さいバッグの2通りです。中に黒い棒を入れると早くなる様な宣伝表記ですが、これはスプリングの中に棒が入り、ただバネが動かなくなるだけなので、コブラバッグになっていません、意味不明です。 動画に載せましたが、実際殴ってみると2つのバッグの跳ね返りは動画より体感速度は速く感じられます。こんな物がもっと昔に作れなかったのかな？昭和の技術で作れるのに…と若い時にこれで練習できなかったのを残念に思います。 欲を言えばもう一段階早い動きが欲しかったと思いますが、それでも充分トレーニングになると思いますね。 土台のオモリはタンクに水をフルにいれ、オモリバックに使ってなかった2.5kgのダンベルプレートを120度間隔で6枚入れました。ちょうど15kg。ペットボトルじゃ無理ですね、ダンベルプレートはオススメです。 音は動画ではバネの音が大きく聞こえますが実際はこの半分くらいです。

Die Aufbauanleitung war für die blaue Tonne . Muss man halt auf das Internet zugreifen .Die kleine Pumpe ist eine Beigabe . Die Behälter mit Vogelsand füllen ,nicht mit Wasser und dann kann man selbst in der Garage auf dem Betonboden eine schöne Trainingseinheit stationieren. Die mitgelieferten Handschuhe sind eher für Kinder oder Frauen . Trotzdem ,Danke dafür ! Es macht Spaß damit zu trainieren und von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung !

A lot of the review are because the base will not stand still. Well the problem is you are using water! Sand is needed for the base and weight bag. Strongly recommend. I used Play Sand from Lowe’s. $5 per bag. I purchased two. One other thing is the directions for the speed adjustment is a little tricky. Speed 1 & 2 are the two different bags. The big bag is Speed 1, and the small bag is 2. The other speeds you have to put the adjuster inside of the spring (BLACK CUSHION). Then the big bag is 3, and the small is 4. I hope this helps out. I love the bag, honestly everything I expected. I hate when review are bad because of user error. I would recommend this to my whole family!
