Leaks when you tip it
Overall the product is fine but leaks when you place it in the rack.

Some were defective
Been using oasis for long. Quality is good price is competitive. Only problem was the last bottles i received, they were defective and caused the machine to leak. Not sure how they passed the quality inspection, not sure why they still sold them as is rather without notifying the customers.

Poor delivery and hygiene
The spout of the water bottle for the dispenser was damaged, the plastic cover was torn, and, to make matters worse, water was leaking. I advise not to purchase this product.

Water had strange taste. Probably has been stored in plastic bottle too long.
