I received a damaged piece and there is no even return or replacement..such a shame

At first, these insoles seemed comfortable and promising, but after using them for a while, I realized they were much stiffer than the original ones that came with my sneakers. I went on three runs with them, and after each one, I started experiencing heel pain, which I never had before. Unfortunately, I had to stop using these insoles altogether because the discomfort only got worse. I wouldn’t recommend them, especially if you’re looking for something that provides long-term comfort and support during physical activities.

I’m always buying Dr Scholls and decided to try this category for my gym shoes since it says are suitable for running but doesn’t even fit on the shoe, the sole it’s too wide and uncomfortable on the arch. Waste. Prefer the athletic series for any purpose.

I used it for three weeks now. notbsure if it helped. from a plantar problem, i seem to have now developed runners knee. have decided to discontue the use.

i'm the kind of guy who typically runs their runners to the sole. i'm getting older and getting pain in the knees as well as an annoying corn on the bottom of my left foot. i've never bought new insoles before (usually just buy new shoes) - and decided to give these a try. they do take some getting used to, but it has made my treadmill runs more comfortable. i don't know the science behind it, but the insoles have changed the way i land on my feet ever so slightly - i don't even notice the corn on my foot when i run now. for the price, why not try these out - you might be surprised

I love these insoles, this is the only place I can find them as store can no longer get this product. Prevents chin splints. Every pair of shoes I have had these insoles in them! ❤️

Muy buenas plantillas para los tenis, si tienes problemas con el arco del pie, o si tienes problemas con la Fancitis plantar, las debes de usar en tus tenis, yo las e usado en los tenis para correr y funcionan muy bien, sin estorbarte, se acoplan bien al tenis.
