I’m a professional hairdresser . Cape is very thin . I figured I would just hand wash it gently and hang dry so hopefully it’s doesn’t rip fast . Another draw back is the Velcro gets stuck to the stitching a lot when I fold it .It already pulled some of the threading out.I don’t see this lasting to long .
