I have had a case of the slow gut for years. I used to blame it on the pain killers I was taking but when I quit taking them a year ago, nothing changed. Doctors called it IBSc and threw mirilax and other toxic laxatives at me but none of them worked very well. We purchased two bottles, one for me and one for my husband. For reference, I do not have trouble going to the bathroom, he does. I was the first to take the capsules. I took my first dose in the morning. By afternoon I was having some of the worst stomach cramps of my life. I was doubled over and holding to anythingin the bathroomi could find! Needless to say, it does indeed clean out the system. All after one dose. That's all it took for me. I never took another one. My husband, on the other hand, could take several doses a day and his day carried on as usual. It did help him go, but without the cramps it gave me. I guess it does what it's supposed to do, but how your body handles it is different for each person.

I have used these for a couple years now. My holistic dr recommended them to me. There is no belly aches like many cause. When I read reviews they don't work, I know they are probably not drinking enough water. This is key! I have lacked on water, and results are way slower. So drink the water your body needs. Take them daily for 30 to 60 days as directed. When you colon has broke everything loose it will look like you sandblasted the toilet. Maybe this is TMI but this is when you know your colon is cleaned. This product is the most gentle out there. After the cleanse you should be going with ease several times a day.
