Protein Pretzel Snacks, 120 Calories, 12g Protein, 4g Fiber (7ct)

For those doing Ideal Protein or IPA these are phase 1 unrestricted and really do the trick to curb cravings for something crunchy! They honestly don't have a ton of flavor.....but pretzels in general don't.....and a lot of the high protein, low carb flavored crunchy products I've tried are kind of gross. These are like eating a plain cracker but give you plenty of crunch and help to fill you up. Would highly recommend keeping them on hand if you're trying to lower your carb intake and are looking for a crunchy snack.

I love pretzels and as a diabetic I was thrilled to find a brand I could eat. However, my excitement quickly dimmed when I tried to eat them. I felt as if they were made of ground sawdust. From the nasty taste, to the odd texture, to the chalky feeling in my mouth, they were a bust. So I got some bought some dip to go with them, thinking it would improve my experience. No. They then tasted like compacted, ground sawdust covered in French onion dip. Very disappointed that I spent so much money on them and they are basically inedible. I'm hoping I can feed them to some wildlife so they don't go completely to waste.

Love that I can get pretzels that are low carb! The taste is not the same but that was expected, but the crunch is great! The taste is not bad, but just a little bland. I plan to try to give them a little more flavor by brushing with butter, sprinkling garlic powder on them and then baking for a bit. Another idea is to use a low carb dip or cream cheese. They are single serving packaged, but I usually just eat 1/2 a package at a time. They were very fresh and arrived undamaged. Only a couple pretzels were less than whole. Definitely will buy again.

So these pretzels do have a crunchy texture and they look like an actual pretzel, so that part is pleasing. The initial bite taste great, but then it turns chalky and has a weird finish. So I heated some cheese sauce and this solved that issue, my niece actually devoured them once we started dipping them into the cheese. In order to eat these you have to have some sort of dip or topping and then it satisfies your craving. I had to subtract 2 stars due to the way they taste without a dip, it starts great and ends horribly. I will buy them again knowing full well that they need dip because it taste great that way and I get the crunch I want from a pretzel.

Its taste is not like normal pretzels. It is not as dense as normal ones. However, I like it so much. Only 28g per bag but feels like I had more than 60g meal replacement bar. If you are expecting original pretzel taste, then go have original. I like this more than the original pretzel snacks. Also high in both fiber and protein. I'll definitely reorder this!

These taste awful. Not sure if they taste stale or like chemicals. Glad to have found a low carb option, but these are not good. I have dipped them in some Laughing Cow cheese wedges to try and hide the flavor. Too expensive to throw out, so I am going to finish them one way or another. Will not buy them again.
