Swedish Tracing Paper

Love this. It is easy to write on and makes for a great pattern! I make a lot of my own patterns and this product is a delight to use-stable, easy to cut, easy mark.

I've used this to trace multi-size patterns for my own use, and to alter patterns that aren't quite right. It's sturdy enough to take pins, doesn't bleed when drawn on with felt tip pens, and transparent enough that getting all the markings down is simple. More fabric than paper, and so much better.

This stuff has become my new best friend in the sewing world. It is so easy to trace parterns and it is sturdy so it will not fall apart. I can now reuse my patterns over and over. It is also great for creating patterns. It will soon be time for me to buy some more.

Lovely. Works well. Nice weight, drapes, sewable (just like it is listed. (Fabric/paper texture and weight remind me of the consistency of a medium to heavy weight non-fusible interfacing.) Easy to trace (but inks flows easily through it down to your pattern, so take care with thick permanent markers, it can quickly ink-up your original). Makes very stable, long lasting pattern pieces. I will buy this product again and again. (I attached a photo of how it arrived in a brown paper sleeve/roll. The packaging worked fine for my order. I was concerned, but mine did not arrive damaged nor wrinkled as another reviewer had happen to their order.)

I bought this for use in making pattern from old clothes I really love, but are ready to be trashed. I cut them up, laid them onto this no-tear paper fiber, and make the pieces into a new pattern. I did not want to use the standard tissue paper, which tears too easily. You can cut this, iron this, write on it (top, back, etc), pin it - all without tears. I will definitely be purchasing this again, for the huge size of the roll and the great price.

I've just picked up sewing again after many years. In the old days, we bought a pattern with only one size on it. Now that all the sizes are on one pattern, I have the need to trace patterns onto something else. (I just made 4 different sized pairs of pajamas from the same pattern.) Now that I've used it, I'm pretty sure that even when I only need one size, I'll trace the pattern to this especially if I think I'll use the pattern more than once. The paper is so much more sturdy but still very flexible. Easy peasy. It feels like lightweight pellon. No fear of ripping pattern paper. I used tracing paper and a tracing wheel. Love it.

Item took FOREVER to arrive. However the quality is amazing. If you're looking to trace sewing patterns, this is the stuff you want! You can easily pin the pieces together for trying on. No worries about the "paper" tearing, as it's almost like a very, very, very thin felted-like material. Wonderful stuff.

This is a great product for tracing patterns that you'll use repeatedly. Sturdy and easy to use. More expensive than regular tracing paper, but soooo worth it. I use the cheap stuff when playing around with a self-drafted pattern and trying to figure out sizing, etc, but use this sturdier tracing paper for patterns I know I'll re-use.
