Very powerful and reliable fish tank pump.

I’m using in an outdoor koi pond. This is the third brand/ model I’ve tried and I’ve been getting about 2 years per pump on the others. Will see how this one holds up. Value is on par with others I’ve tried. Power/ air flow is excellent, it’s easily the most powerful one I’ve had. It is pretty loud, but being outside it doesn’t bother me. Comes with 6-way manifold with shut offs making this pretty versatile. I’m just running 2 air stones and it’s doing great so far keeping my pond from freezing over.

I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised by the noise, but it’s more than I’m used to and seemingly loud given the power level. The power is pretty good but I expected a bit more, if I’m being honest. The heat level is not terrible, but I wouldn’t hold it to an extended period. Overall, it seems well made a provides a good amount of air, but I wish it had a bit more padding to reduce the noise.

This thing is a beast! I have all tubes running for bubblers and for air powered foam filters. Works fantastic and keeps up with everything, noise isn't too bad it vibrates quite hard so it travels, I had to wedge it into a spot so it won't move.

This really met and even exceeded my expectations. Was looking for aquarium air pumps that could supply a lot of bubbles for my airstones and this is the only one that was able to fullfil that need. It even has a 6 gang attachment and so far I am only using two (2). Working great and better than all of the other obes that I bought. Not really super quiet but not extremely loud. You can say that the sound is a tolerable monotonous hum. Would buy again.

First, understand I did not buy this to aerate an aquarium but I am bubbling air through water. OK. I'm using this pump to pass air through a Birkeland - Eyde reactor. So the air flow goes from the pump into a 2 gallon glass jar, then through a second hose out to a 1 liter jar to bubble through water. I bought the 18 watt model. Oddly, it pushes more air than needed through an open tube and I actually had to restrict the air flow down by 50%. But once I attach a ceramic air diffuser, it completely stops working. It will push air down to the diffuser, where it just stops. I have no explanation for this but I am using it a little differently than it is designed for. It's very well made, reasonably quiet - remember it is commercial grade like for use in a restaurant or something which is why I bought it. For that function - aerating a lobster tank, large fish tank, something like that, this is a very good pump. Very small and easily concealable. Despite its inability to push air through a diffuser in my specific application I give this pump 5 stars and would buy it again.

I use it to oxidize a 500 gallon water holding tank. Use it an hour a day to keep the bacteria down. Works well.

This is the best air pump I have ever owned it's a little loud at times so I just move it and it quites down again I'm buying my 3rd one now cause I need a strong multi port air pump for my 60gal tank I have a 50gal and a 30 gal also best pump for your money lasts a long time too!!!

Maneja muy buen volumen de aire pero se calienta muy pronto y se apaga a los 20 o 40 minutos de estar trabajando, definitivamente hay que agregarle un ventilador de PC para que la enfríe y trabaje sin ningún problema, el miniventilador me costo 45 pesos y le adapte un eliminador de pared que tenia en casa y de esta manera puede trabajar sin problemas por días aunque estoy usando un timer que la enciende 4nhrs y apaga 4 hrs y así de manera alterna y continua. El vendedor debería advertir de este detalle y se evitaría devoluciones y problemas. No hace tanto ruido como dicen pero definitivamente es para mejor usarla en el exterior pero bien protegida de la intemperie, muy buena compra.

It stopped working on Day 1, after being on for an hour

Good air pump but I ordered it for my indoor aquarium. It is much too noisy for indoor use. Had to return it

Stopped working on 1st day itself. Dont buy this. Whild trying to connect it again, it shows very high heat and tripping the ELCB. Dont use it.
