I've ordered the same GREY bag twice, each time I keep getting a BROWN one. I've returned it requested that I ordered the GREY one to recieve the same BROWN bag again. It's a nice bag, but it's the GREY bag that I want.

I love the style of the bag. It’s a great size. But the bag stinks and I can’t get rid of the chemical smell. The glue seems to be melting on the gold rings on the handle which makes it sticky.
