I was skeptical when I received the hair gel. It is very loose and goopy. I used it for the first time this morning on my son's hair to put his hair up in a mohawk and I am very impressed. Not only was it very effective creating the mohawk quickly and the hair was able to stick straight up, it has lasted. We are in a heat advisory, 92 degree heat with a lot of humidity and the only part of his hair that fell was the part that was by his (user error, I didn't put enough gel in it to stick it up). He did complain about the scent after it was in his hair, however I did not mind it. It was easy to cover up with a quick spray of hairspray and he seemed to be ok with it. The 3 pack is a great value for money! Overall, I am SO impressed with this gel and it's staying power! 10/10!

Every since Axe spike gel changed their formula to the weak junk they're selling now, I've been looking for something to tame my illustrious tresses of hair. I fight my luscious locks on the reg as my hair wants to pitch forward, and I comb it back. Anyway, I have tried all sorts of products and nothing would create the shell of hair to start the day and then easily brush out midday to leave a natural look while every strand stayed diligently in place. Then I found Moco de Gorila, a.k.a. Gorilla Snot Punk. I was hesitant to order three containers as I had never tried it. As soon as I cracked open the lid on the first one, I knew this was the stuff I had been scouring the Earth for. I dipped two fingers into the goop, which is literally the consistency of epoxy resin, and wondered if I was about to make a huge mistake. I forged onward and applied the gel, working into my hair. Then I combed everything into place. Within minutes my hair was starting to harden up. Perfection to start, but how hard would it be to comb out later. In the mid afternoon, I ran a comb through it easily enough. No flakes or residue. And my hair stayed exactly where it was with a natural sheen and look. This stuff is all I had hoped and dreamed for in regards to my morning mane routine. Even better, it doesn't take much to work. Dip two fingers in up to the first bend and you're good to go. Three containers will last me way longer than anything else I've bought so far.

I have thick type hair ,so I would have to use a great amount Gorilla Snot to slick my hair. I personally love the mini size Gorilla Snot. I do not feel any stickiness at all. We are now approaching spring time and so the warm weather is already approaching. Gorilla Snot came tame my frizzy hair that is caused my the heat. This gel can last the entire day , especially through hard working days.

It has a chemical floral smell. I like. Has decent hold that keeps hair defined. Like that too. Not snotty in texture, more like watered down honey. Like. Buy if broke. Buy if not broke. Save moolah.

Couldn’t believe the price! Nothing holds my 4 years hair all day, but this does. We now have a jar for every bathroom for the price of one of the other products we used.
