I have FINALLY purchased me some tea tree oil!! I'm so glad that I have gotten the chance to try it because the only essential oil that I was using is Peppermint Oil because I like how it made my scalp feel. However, I saw that tea tree oil is good to use for psoriasis and my auntie have psoriasis so I decided to make a she butter psoriasis cream for her to use on her body instead of lotion. I have been using this tea tree oil specifically on my face to help my acne and prevent it, I must say I REALLY like the way my face feel and look when I finish applying it on my face with my African black soap suds. While I'm in the shower the 1st thing I do is wet my face under the running water and then start scrubbing it with a piece of Raw African Black Soap, while those suds are still on my face I get my tea tree oil in my glass dropper and drop about 3 drops on my face where my forehead and cheeks are. Then I continue to massage it in all over my face with the soap suds from the African black soap and I feel my face tingling kin of burning but it's bearable. The smell is STRONG so I have to be careful with how many drops I apply on my face because it do sting a little bit but I know it's opening those pores on my face to get in & work its magic. Once I put my face back under the running shower water it relieves the burning sensation and I just let my face air dry while washing the rest of my entire body in the shower. This helped me SO GOOD after 1 use that I couldn't believe how good my face looked and felt because I normally just use my African black soap then apply my bentonite clay face mask and let that sit for 20 minutes; I normally don't need no moisturizer once my face have been cleaned because I have oily skin but there are a few times when I see my face peeling around my nose or just dry looking as if it's irritated so I apply my Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Brightening & Toning moisturizer to my face. However, with applying the tea tree oil to my face while massaging it with the soap suds of the RanAfrican Black Soap I don't need to use anything else when my face is done drying because it has already had oil applied to it to moisturize my face. I am very glad that I decided to make this purchase from ArtNaturals because a lot of other companies don't have a glass dropper to come with their essential oils so this was a good buy cause you can control how much you need or want to use. Long as this tea tree oil keep killing the bacteria on my face to wipe out my acne, it will continue to be a staple essential oil in my household to use for that and MANY other things. I had ordered the Peppermint oil as well from ArtNaturals but it didn't arrive in a small box like the tea tree oil did, however it was wrapped with bubble wrap for the entire bottle though. The tea tree oil came in a small white box that had an expiration date on it & a lot number; when I opened it I saw bible wrap only around the glass dropper cause the tea tree oil had the regular cap on the bottle instead of the glass dropper.

This tea tree oil was fine, but it did not stand out compared to others I have used. The scent was typical for tea tree oil and the consistency seemed normal, but I did not notice any significant difference in effectiveness or quality. It worked as expected for basic uses, but there was nothing about it that made it feel premium or worth seeking out over similar options. Overall, it is usable, just not memorable, and I would consider other brands before repurchasing.

I bought it to treat a severe case of toenail fungus after reading Dr. Weil's recommendations. My Scripps Clinic podiatrist agrees that tea tree oil is one of the most effective treatments for toenail fungus with few side effects. She recommended diluting the tea tree oil with coconut oil 25 - 50%. The coconut oil is soothing, minimizing skin reaction to the very strong tea tree oil. The coconut oil is absorbed through the skin surrounding the nail, carrying the tea tree oil with it. It leaves a thin coating on the skin which promotes healing. I bought the tea tree oil 5 1/2 months ago and have been using it twice a day. The improvement is dramatic. When I started my large toe nails were about 50% destroyed, replaced by fungus. They were as ugly as it sounds! Now one big toe nail looks fungus free and the other appears about 80% fungus free. The rest of my toenails appear to be fungus free. I know the fungus is still there and plan on treating for at least another 5 months, and then periodically for months if not years to prevent recurrence. My treatment plan as recommended by Dr. Weil and my podiatrist: 1) Dilute the tea tree oil 50% with coconut oil. Olive oil might also work but my podiatrist said the coconut oil is better. 2) Keep the nails trimmed. With my thick fungus damaged old-man nails, I trim them after a shower using I use the ClipPro (Formerly KlipPro) Toenail Clippers/Nipper purchased from Amazon. Get good quality whichever brand you use. It will last your lifetime and make a hard job easier and safer. Safety first so get help if needed. 3) Apply twice a day until all trace of fungus are gone. 4) Saturate the nail area. I use a cotton swab with repeated applications to be sure all parts of the nail edges get bathed in it. A saturated cotton ball would also work. It gets absorbed quickly. You can put socks on after about 15 minutes. 5) Figure on 8 - 12 months till all fungus traces are gone. It takes about that long for your big toe nail to totally grow out a new, fungus free nail. 6) Then continue treating on a regular schedule for the duration to insure the fungus doesn't come back. 7) This stuff is very strong smelling. It works, is cost effective, and it's safe so it's worth tolerating until you get used to it. 8) Last year I used the expensive and dangerous pills. They cleared up the fungus after six months, but the fungus came back immediately after I finished using the pills. The doctor said that happens with all his patients. So why risk liver damage with something that isn't a cure? If you try this, please post your experience. I'll share your replies with my physician.

Over time the cap disintegrated. I don’t know if the oil had anything to do with it or not. I purchased different oils of this same brand- only the tea tree oil cap disintegrated. I smelled the oil in my cabinet and that’s how I knew the oil was diffusing.
