Very good and complete book. I recomend it as I like it a lot. This author really knows what she is doing. She offers wide and exact info about all hormone imbalances!

I am an RN and have read multiple books on diet and health and multiple research studies. (probably 2 or three books a year for the last 30 years and countless research articles) I purchased this book over 4 years ago and I cannot exaggerate how much it has helped me. I don’t usually write reviews but I decided to in case someone is wondering. I have had to alter my eating habits multiple times in my life for many issues related to migraines, estrogen dominance and IBs so I will say I am used to learning about ways I can feel better through food. I can understand that some ingredients in this book may be different or difficult to find for some, but there are so many options and I have cooked almost everything in here for me and my family with great results and when I’m following the recommendations: no migraines. This has been my go to book to get back on track every time I discover something new and beneficial. I have read several more recent books but none ever seem to come close to this one. I approach health issues from many angles and diet and self love are like the pillars. I’m now finally finding out the benefits of ferments and gut biodiversity. Thank you so much for this well researched and informative book!

Very helpful information and meal plans which are easy to follow. Wonderful & delicious recepies, easy to prepare. I really recommend this book.
